Membership in the Pararescue Association is based on Eligibility. All applications are reviewed for approval by the PJ Association Board of Directors. > Life Member – ($300 1 time fee) – open to PJA Members with dues in good standing. PJA Member applicants are encouraged to join, or upgrade to a Life Membership.
> Life Associate – ($300 1 time fee) – open to PJA Associates with dues in good standing. PJA Associate applicants and Members are encouraged to join or upgrade as Life Associates.
> PJA Member – $20.00 to join;
renews at $20/year on the anniversary date.
Upgrade to Life Membership for a 1 time fee of $300.
> PJA Associate – $20.00 to join;
renews at $20 year on the anniversary date.
Upgrade to Life Associate for a 1 time fee of $300.
Heritage Membership is granted by the PJ Association, for Legacy, Honorary, Gold Star Family and Widow applicants.
Heritage Memberships are submitted and sponsored by a Life or PJA Member in good standing.
(New Life Associate and PJA Associate Memberships are sponsored by a Life Member or PJA Member in good standing).
New and Renewing PJA Members and PJ Associates, can avoid recurring dues, by electing the Life Membership option.
Their are two Life Member options:
> Life Member:
Open to PJA Members in good standing, PJ’s and CRO’s on active duty, retired and separated.
> Life Associate:
Open to new applicants, and to PJA Associate members in good standing, immediate family members of a past or present Pararescuemen, CRO, to supporters of a Pararescue Unit (Unit with PJ’s or CRO’s assigned), the Pararescue Association, the Pararescue career field, friends of Pararescue, or the goals or mission of USAF Pararescue.
New Member Applicants qualifying for PJA Member, or PJA Associate memberships, are encouraged to join as a Life Member or Life Associate.
PJA Members and Associate Members in good standing are encouraged to upgrade to a Life Membership.

> A Widow of a PJ applying for a Legacy Membership must not otherwise meet the criteria for a PJA Associate Membership.
> Heritage Membership applications are reviewed and approved by the PJ Association Board of Directors. There are no annual dues, and no voting privileges.
