Joe entered the U.S. Air Force in 1982 and graduated from Pararescue School in class 83-04.
He served 9 years in the Air Force and started his Pararescue career at Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. After serving eighteen months in Okinawa, he returned stateside to serve at Eglin AFB, FL.
While stationed at Eglin AFB, Joe was selected to serve in the first Joint Special Operations unit at Pope AFB, NC where he augmented other Special Operations teams. He finished his Air Force career at Patrick AFB, FL where he supported the NASA Space Shuttle mission.
After leaving the Air Force, Joe returned to school where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997. Joe then received his Master of Science degree in Financial Management from the University of Maryland, University College in 2001.
After working over a decade in the telecom and high-tech industries Joe founded his business management consulting company, Dynamic Business Solutions, L.L.C. in 2003.
Joe has a son that graduated from Boston University and works in real estate development in the Washington DC metro area and a younger son and daughter that are black belts in Tae Kwon Do and live with him in Erie, PA.
In his leisure time, Joe is an avid golfer and a student of Tae Kwon Do.
