PJ Association

Roy is a past PJ Association President, and a current Member of the Board of Directors for the PJ Association.

Roy retired from the Air Force in 1993 with 27 + years of service and continued in the blue suit instructing the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps at Niceville, FL High School for 21 years.

He is currently enjoying retirement with his wife Janet, of 45 years, and continues to serve the community as an elected fire commissioner for the North Bay Fire District.

Roy served in the capacity of Vice President and President of the Pararescue Association, and was responsible for the change from a 501 C 7 to the 501 C 19 IRS code, and then filed with the IRS to establish the Pararescue Benevolent Association, Inc., as a 501 C 3 fund raising organization for Pararescue interests.
