The Pararescue Association Service Award is a newly established award in honor of two distinct forefathers of the association, Kerry (KO) Kelly and William (Bill) Vargas.
The award is presented to individuals who have distinguished themselves for continued contributions and support to the Pararescue Association and more importantly to the Pararescue community at large.
Recipients of this award have given their untiring time, energy, and support to improve the Association and its mission. Their contributions have benefited the Pararescue community immensely.
Following in the character and fashion of KO and Bill, these individuals have completed complex projects and tasks without the recognition deserved for their contributions.
